In this seminar, we will explore the in’s and out’s of leasing space and help you answer some of the most common questions related to leasing. How does my lease stack up to the market? When should I renew my lease? How can I protect myself in a lease? What are my options? This interactive seminar will explore these and other leasing strategies.

    Instructor: Pam Beigh, SALESCORE

In this presentation we will discuss how you can generate revenue by taking action NOW. We all agree we’re tired of hearing predictions as to when the economy will turn around. Don’t wait for the recovery; be prepared for its arrival by going on the offensive. Your survival strategy must move from an internal view to an external view. Become customer driven by utilizing the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to energize your sales organization. Find out who your most profitable
customers are and understand why they buy from you. Then utilize this information to coach and/or recruit highly effective, motivated sales staff that will produce results. We’ll also look at case studies that show how selling today has changed and why it requires a more sophisticated sales approach.

Top Things the Audience Will Learn:
- How to generate revenue in the short term while feeding innovation and sales strategy for the long term.
- How to shift your organization’s focus and get externally focused again.
- How to tell if their sales staff is not only ready to sell, but also motivated to sell.
