Education Solutions > Promoting a Positve Work Ethic > Career Crawl
Career Crawl is the culminating event for the Work Ethic Diploma/Career Passport, a program that instills a positive work ethic in high school seniors and prepares them to be productive members of our workforce. Approximately 1,200 students from 27 Northern Kentucky schools are expected to attend.

Students spend the day at Turfway Park exploring career opportunities and learning what preparation they will need for the future. Participants are encouraged to prepare booths that engage students with hands-on activities, demonstrations and enthusiastic presenters.

The objective of the Career Crawl is to celebrate the success of graduating seniors who have met the criteria necessary to obtain the Work Ethic Diploma while allowing them a unique opportunity to meet with and visit local companies. For participating businesses, it provides a unique vehicle for recruiting talented young people for present and future employment.
