Committee Goals

• Work with physician groups, hospitals, long-term care facilities and others to create marketing materials targeted at school youth to promote careers in health care professions to meet growing demand.
• Launch a “summer scrubs” health care exploration camp for students.
• Work with local Workforce Investment Board and One Stop Northern Kentucky partners to create networks between adults who desire new careers in health care and training and other resources available.
• Serve as recruiters at state and regional colleges to promote Northern Kentucky opportunities in health care.
• Conduct an annual job fair for health care positions
