Benefit Committee Goals

• Assist in marketing Humana Affinity program
• Explore other benefits programs (e.g. Wellness, prescription drug, long-term health care benefit plans)
• Serve as Benefits Ambassadors to help members design plans to save money
  Create events and marketing materials to share best practice design plans in place by local employers
• Determine support and potential product offering for a Defined Health Care Benefit Plan for associates who are currently not offered health insurance through chamber member employers
• Conduct an annual employer health benefits survey
