Officer of Definity Partners is a Cincinnati-based business improvement firm. Ray's initial leadership and operations management experience came from positions held with both Ethicon Endo-Surgery (a division of Johnson & Johnson) and Johnson and Hardin. It was in these roles that Ray developed a passion for business improvement and the inspiration to begin Definity Partners in 1996.  By focusing on people development and implementing process improvements, Definity Partners addresses an organization’s immediate challenges while creating an environment of long-term continuous improvement.
