Phil works with local business and industry in assessing their training needs, developing customized training programs, and delivering training to employees. Phil presents training in such areas as continuous quality improvement, quality customer service, management and leadership skills, teambuilding and communication, and profession-specific Spanish language instruction, such as law enforcement and health care, and human resources.
