Pam began SALESCORE in 2003, recognizing that while successful sales are the lifeblood of an organization, most companies admit that their sales department underperforms. Today, SALESCORE has a reputation of helping clients reach peak sales performance. Pam’s strength is her strategic, measurable approach. Working directly with company
presidents and vice presidents of sales, she analyzes the sales structure, designs the solution, creates a foundation and supplies the tools for ongoing sales success.
Pam brings more than 20 years of sales, coaching and client development experience to SALESCORE. She has shaped and created sales organizations, managed sales training initiatives, and developed comprehensive account management programs. Pam understands sales firsthand and is a veteran of Digital Equipment Corporation, Drake Beam Morin, and Whittman-Hart.
She is happily married and enjoys spending time boating, cooking, reading, jogging and playing tennis. Pam is a President-Elect of the West Chester Rotary Club, serves on the SEBC Leadership 21 Board of Directors and is a member of the steering committee for the LIFT (Leading Individuals for Tomorrow) scholarship fund. Pam has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre at Ohio University.
