Since 1972, John has worked with diverse groups of people to create interdisciplinary teams that identify and solve problems. Throughout his career, the most difficult obstacles that had to be overcome were not technical issues. Rather it was the lack of planning, integration, and alignment of people, systems, and processes and difficulties in changing attitudes and behaviors that prevented or complicated implementing solutions. John formed LC FACILI CORE, LLC to help individuals and organizations learn how to recognize, understand and develop their potentials to define and accomplish their professional and personal goals and get improved, sustainable results.

Because self-knowledge is a key factor in your ability to lead others, this program is designed to help you understand how you got to where you are now, take a good look at what you are doing, and decide what you want and need to do to live the kind of life you want. This is not a new age kind of approach, but a pragmatic, disciplined methodology based on a proven goals planning process. You will learn basic leadership principles and how to begin immediately applying them; how to better manage your time and build more effective teams; and how to clarify your goals and define specific, measurable action steps that will accomplish your goals within the time frame you determine.

You will begin to work on establishing a sustainable balance between demands others make of you and those things you want and need for a meaningful life. When you are done, you will have the tools and the knowledge you need to make sustainable improvements in all areas of your life and provide the leadership needed to help others recognize and achieve their personal and organizational goals.
