Jana has been involved in sales for 30 years and has experience in insurance, retail, and equipment sales and sales management. She incorporates "real life" experiences to the strategies and processes that Lynn McInturf Associates teaches. Jana is a believer in incorporating process into the sales efforts in order to train, coach, problem solve and duplicate results more effectively.

She is a graduate of Ohio State and a member of Association of Training and Development. She has spoken at the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Home Builders Association, Northern Kentucky Chamber, Litho Club and the Women's Jr. League, Northern Kentucky University Small Business Group, and the Executive Coaching Association to name just a few. Jana is also involved in Vistage, an executive roundtable, and ESCC, a not-for-profit that consults other not-for-profits. Some of Jana's clients are Balluff, Fischer Homes, Corken, and City Wide Maintenance.
