Government > Level of Commitment
The Chamber may choose a level of commitment on any issue it supports or opposes. The levels are as follows:

• Sponsorship - The Chamber assumes ultimate responsibility to see the issue's completion.
• Co-sponsorship -  The Chamber will provide technical or manpower support to assist other organizations in completing the issue.
• Endorsement -  The Chamber will make public statements on the issue.
• Encouragement - The Chamber will give private approval and philosophical agreement on the issue.
• No Position -  The Chamber may choose not to take a position on the issue and may remain neutral. The Chamber may however, conduct educational forums on the issue or communicate information on the issue to members.
